GENERAL POLICY
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, or tampered with.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS

– Your order arrived damaged
– Your item has a manufacturing fault or defect
To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with via our Official WhatsApp number:

– Proof of purchase
– Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging
RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return or exchange:
– Items must remain unused and in original condition
– Original packaging, tags, and seals must remain intact
– Wigs and hair products must not be worn, brushed, combed, cut, coloured, washed, installed, or altered
– Skincare and cosmetic products must remain unopened and unused
Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:
– Custom-made wigs
– Pre-orders
– Sale or clearance items
– Opened skincare or cosmetic products
– Used wigs or hair extensions
– Digital products or gift cards
– Personalised items
EXCHANGES
Approved exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Bemma Beauty Empire.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
– Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
– Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins.
Once processing or production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY ISSUES

– Courier delays
– Customs delays
– Lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered
– Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct before placing an order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country.
These charges are not controlled by Bemma Beauty Empire and are non-refundable.
